By accessing or using Bitz, operated by Aventa Technologies Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the service.
2. Roles and Responsibilities (GDPR)
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for making sure that any information you enter about another adult, such as a family member, contact, or professional relationship, is something you are permitted to record and use in Bitz. You must not enter children's data or any information that you do not have a lawful basis to handle.
How Bitz handles data
Bitz operates the product and determines how the service is built, secured, and maintained. We process personal data to provide the service, secure accounts, meet legal obligations, and support data rights requests. Our privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to bypass any security measures or gain unauthorized access to other data.
- Enter data belonging to children (under 18 years of age).
- Automate access to the platform (scraping, bots) without written permission.
- Upload or record unlawful, deceptive, or excessively sensitive personal data that Bitz does not need for the service.
4. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
If you ask us to delete your account through Settings, your account is disabled immediately and scheduled for permanent deletion after the current retention window described in our Privacy Policy.
